Ginter Park United Methodist Church in Richmond, Virginia celebrates that all persons are created in God’s image and are of sacred worth. We extend hospitality and encourage participation of all, regardless of age, race or ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, socioeconomic status, educational background, church affiliation, and physical or mental ability. We invite all people to join us in our journey to God and the practice of greater love, understanding and respect towards each other.

Due to the pandemic, our number of food pantry clients has risen from 65-85 families to upwards of 125-140. We currently offer outdoor service during regular pantry hours, either by walk-up or by drive-thru. Because of this dramatic increase in need, we depend heavily on the kind donations of others. You can help by organizing a food drive in your neighborhood or at work, or donate funds on our Square site. We are also in need of dedicated volunteers to help with distribution on Wednesdays. Procedure

A valid form of ID is helpful. This is primarily a once a month program. A client can receive food from one of these three churches:
