Every Wednesday, “Lunch Break Fitness” takes place from 11:30 to 12:15, downstairs in the social hall. Wear something comfortable, and a towel is a good idea! Our instructor, Pamela Wood of Sportsbackers’ Fitness Warrior’s program, will provide mats and other equipment!

GPUMC and Richmond Friends of the Homeless invites everyone to join us for A FREE LUNCH every Thursday starting March 13 from 12 noon – 12:30 p.m.  Everyone is expected to remain in the church and eat the lunch in the Social Hall of the church.  Enter the Side Door of the Church facilities.  We look forward to welcoming you!
